Character@HEART,
Inc., is
a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Montgomery, Alabama,
committed to developing character in the youth of America.
To accomplish
that goal, we are developing home, school and community
partnerships needed to make
Manners of
the Heart®, an
outstanding K-3rd grade curriculum, available to elementary
schools throughout Alabama.
Since April,
2000, we have made
"Manners of the Heart" available to over
130 schools in 18 Alabama counties. In addition, we have
provided
Building Strong Character for a
Lifetime
TM,
a new fourth-through-sixth grade curriculum, for over 50 schools in Montgomery, Covington, and Cullman
counties.

Character@Heart’s Commitment
We are
committed to helping every child, regardless of their social
or economic status, develop the good character they will
need to succeed in life. To fulfill that commitment, it
is our overall goal to work with communities, schools and
parents to achieve “system wide” implementation of
outstanding character education programs.
